Good
Room facilities like free iron, toiletries like paste, kettle and coffee not available

The breakfast was great and value for money. The location was central enough for everything that I wanted to do.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
PS: I had snow in Paris - what a treat!
The first room I had, the shower was in the bath which was a very high bath. This would have been an issue for me being very short and had to get into a high bath to shower. I would really remove the bath and only have a shower in the room.
I missed a kettle in my room.
What was great is that the reception staff assisted me into moving to a room with only a shower and made my stay GREAT!

Breakfast was great. Staff were brilliant. The bar and downstairs was fab. The area was fantastic and well connected on metro. The beds were very comfy and the shower hot.
Our room and corridor was extremely dated and needed refurbishing. Towels were small. The carpet on the corridor was very dirty. Ibis need to attend to this!

The hotel itself was okay — clean, quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. Ok location with short walk to the metro and shops.
Getting to the hotel was quite inconvenient due to poor access, and the view from the windows was disappointing as it’s completely enclosed by other buildings.

No thing hotel was full of bed bugs
Bed bugs I booked 2 nights and I couldn’t sleep so I had to leave the next day I changed few rooms and you could see them moving that’s how bad it was.
Staff were so apologetic.

The room was ok.
Room - bathroom light not working. Toilet too close to the facing wall.
Breakfast - Too busy. Not big enough. Tables not cleaned quickly enough. Food minimal.
Location - Very rough. Smelt of pee on the walk way up to the door.

.
Very disappointing stay
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Only two reception staff members spoke English, while the rest acted like they didn’t understand me at all — some of them didn’t even greet me. I felt like I was bothering them whenever I asked for help.
The scale in the lobby doesn’t work, even though it appears to be turned on. I paid one euro to use it, but it didn’t function at all.
The luggage room is supposed to be paid, but if you leave a review directly at the reception desk before your check-in, they suddenly allow you to leave your bags for free — which feels dishonest and manipulative.
The air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly. It was hot and stuffy, making it very hard to sleep.
Also, getting to the hotel is unpleasant. You have to go up stairs or take an elevator from a street that is filthy and smells strongly of urine. I strongly recommend using the parking entrance instead — it feels much safer and cleaner.
I would not stay here again.

Location in Paris is not bad, safe and with decent restaurants/shops. Not very far from Montmartre, but also not that close. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. They accommodated and stored our bikes.
The room we booked was actually not available. We were quietly ordered another one without correcting the price down. The next day after several conversation we got to move to the booked room. The toilette seat in one of the room was broken. The table-like structure under the window in one room was broken.
The general feeling was that the hotel is not worth the money we paid, we booked it only because it was a top season during Easter and lots of other properties in Paris were very unreliable (including ones at Booking), some dropped our reservations without clear explanation.

Very small bathroom!

On the one hand, they did fix the light that went out within the hour of me reporting it. I appreciated the room had a desk. The beds were surprisingly comfortable though, I do have to give it to them. Wifi was also fine, though their room instructions to me I needed to ask staff for the password but then they looked at me like I was dumb and told me I just needed to try to connect to the network and provide an email.
This was probably one of the cheapest hotels I've stayed at, though the photos did not indicate that at all. The bedroom is small - okay, that's to be expected in Europe, but two people and their luggage would not have really fit comfortably here - width wise it was okay but length wise you barely have enough room to walk between the bed and the wall. The closet is wedged behind the TV so you can't really reach in well. In the lobby, two of the front automatic doors were broken, one of the elevators was broken and the button for the other didn't work, and within an hour of arriving one of my lights went out. There is ONE set of plugs in the very corner of the room, so good luck if you don't have a cable long enough to reach your bed or have more than two things you want to charge, though I suppose you could charge stuff in the bathroom. You can hear everything going on in other rooms. Worst of all was the bathroom though - I'm a small person and I had to squeeze myself uncomfortably around the door to get to the toilet. The open door blocks it completely. If you're, say, an average size American man, I don't think you would fit in the bathroom. And the tub was raised so I think at 6ft your head would touch the ceiling. And the tub leaked so my floor was soaked every night. The towels were flimsy and thin, and again as a small woman I was barely able to wrap them around myself. Oh and because it's such a large hotel, expect large crowds that have to take the elevator a few at a time. Luckily I was on the first floor so I didn't have to bother with the elevator, or else it would have taken forever.

Breakfast poor - eggs like mush. Less said about bacon the better.
Gangs hanging around the stairwell to hotel.
I was there for marathon - cleaners took a water bottle belong to me and envelope with tag for me bag in marathon - disgraceful.
Curtains didn't work in room- cracks in wall. Aircon didn't really work.

Friendly staff, good breakfast
hotel access by foot is a bit complicated (that elevator/staircase was creepy/smelly)
mattress would not stay put and slide off bed.
bathroom door blocked passage to/from toilet: one had to enter the bathroom by stepping into the shower before closing the door to access toilet seat!

The bed was comfortable and it was in a good location, located right next to the metro station and train station
The room felt rather enclosed, like a prison
6.0 / 10.0
The rooms are terribly small. In the room there are no carpets and one of my kids took the socks out and came bleeding to me because she cut her foot into a piece of glass……the same hotel that blocked a 50 euro amount on our card, just in case we break something.
The breakfast people seating at the door are not the bicest people ever, there are no eggs, no vegetables, olives.
Overall opinion: very disapointed!!!!

The staffs are so meehhhhh🙄 they made me look for the trolley at the parking lot, didnt believe me when i said it was not there, went to the parking lot again and finally believed when i showed them a photo that the trolley was not where its supposed to be. Super 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The only acceptable note is that the hotel was clean
Location is terrible, it couldn't be farther from the metro station, the only farther location will lead you to another station, the elevators of the entrance were not working so we had to climb two floors with bags every time we come in and out!!!!!! and the neighbourhood is not clean nor safe.
zero services, enmities and toiletries even if you ask to pay for any extra service (like bringing hot water cups to the room) they don't do it.

The hotel rooms flooring was dull and dated, and the surrounding area was filthy with rats running around.
