Brilliant staff, just really helpful people
Emergency stopover when vehicle broke down. Staff were brilliant and really helpful. Reasonable location for walking into town.

Great staff but very poor hotel, almost bearable for 1 night stay but nothing else.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Yelena on reception
The wi-fi is dreadful , about 4gb in reception and 1 (??) in rooms, I was trying to do a bit of work when there but impossible due to Wi-Fi dropping and slow , forget even browsing in room . The internationalTV channels also dropped a lot and just stopped .The fabric of the hotel is very old , stained and ripped carpets on corridors , old beds, spare pillow was filthy in bag, no fridge or kettle , safe is on the roof …almost falling off !!!the whole building is very dated and a bit run down. , the hotel is situated outside the edge of town , you really need a car , i walked a few time but busy fast road and wouldn’t recommend.

This stay was convenient for a wedding up the road but I would not choose to stay at the hotel again due to its location
The swimming pool area was lovely and the reception staff were fantastic
The location, reduced hours for food - when arriving late there were very few options to get anything to eat. The rooms are quite tired and could do with renovating. No kettle or drinks facilities in bedrooms
