the fact the restraunt wasn’t open at 9pm - or the fact the bar food alternative was nothing short of disgusting and uneatable in its jars! - I wouldn’t feed it to a dog . never experienced such bad food ever!

Very nice comfortable room, which we enjoyed. Great facilities inside the room, very nice and friendly staff. We know little French, but all were very helpful and English worked fine. We arrived very late, but they still managed room service at nearly midnight, thank you! Breakfast buffet was also very nice, try the locally produced marmelade!

The rooms were comfortable and clean and staff are friendly. These are the only pros for this hotel. Only suitable for those with a car.

I am usually not one to complain but the photos are incredibly deceiving. Location : The hotel is near a motorway and the building is shared with an ibis next door as is the pool. Great views into other people’s room which is always comforting..! FAR from the city centre the walk is over 30mins alongside the motorway and cabs stop at 9pm. Restaurant: extremely disappointing, very limited menu, the portions were tiny and it was very overpriced. FLAG: There was no food between breakfast and dinner which was outrageous for a hotel. My boyfriend and I had sun stroke and were not feeling well and they couldn’t even give us a croissant or room service or even water. We had to take a cab to the supermarket instead. This is not a 4* hotel by any means. The most id give us 3, but the staff were fairly nice, sadly we struggled with the language barrier a lot and used google translate. I’d never return here again sadly.

The rooms were ok

Hotel is situated next to a highway without nothing do within 15 minutes of drive. No possibility to have any lunch or any food except if you book dinner. Bar closes at 11pm and they refuse to serve you a drink at 11.05pm. They ran out of certain drinks too. No real interest in serving guests. Not enough sunbeds near the pool.

J’ai oublier dans la chambre un petit peluche koala(très rare) j’ai appelle deux fois et mon dit que n’avez rien trouvé C’est pas possible car il est resté dans le lit

Hôtel confortable pour une étape. Déjeuner super et. De qualité; Digne d un 4 étoiles avec une offre de produits de qualité. Personnel très aimable. Bon souvenir! Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs!…

L’emplacement, parfait,proche de l’autoroute et du centre ville ,le tarif du black friday

Accueil sympathique / petit-déjeuner très bien, sommes pas allés au restaurant car fermé le we.

Cet hôtel Mercure ne vaut pas 4* / WC dans la SDB / baignoire avec tout petit pare baignoire donc on met de l'eau partout / moquette toute tâchée / rideau déchiré / chambre pas très grande / frigo vide ... Nous avons signalé tout ça à l'accueil qui ne savait pas pour les rideaux ce qui signifie que ce n'est pas contrôlé et la moquette doit être changé fin d'année

Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Leider kann ich nichts weiter Positives berichten

Die Bausubstanz ist angejahrt und teilweise verkommen. Mülleimer auf dem Parkplatz laufen über. Der Teppich in unserem Zimmer war mit dicken Kaffeeflecken übersäht. Die Bodenbeschichtung auf dem Balkon löste sich großflächig. Das Wasser im Waschbecken und in der Badewanne lief nicht ab........ Ein totaler Reinfall! Schade ums Geld.

Le mélange avec l’Ibis Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine Le coin lecture du jardin est resté sale tout le temps de notre séjour Nos doubles rideaux étaient remplis de trous de mites Franchement les Mercures que avons fréquentés étaient ++++ Je dirais excellent Là quelle déception !!!!!

Très copieux, petit déjeuner à l'européenne.

Le lit d'appoint .Pas confortable pour un ados .

De kamer was modern en netjes ingericht. Goede bedden, tenminste niet erg hard. Mooie ruime badkamer. Alles was keurig schoon. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt geen gebruik van gemaakt. Auto staat veilig achter een hek, volledig afgesloten van 23.00-6.00 uur.
