About this house rental
" A Change in Latitude, Will Always Bring a Change In Attitude"
“Latitude Adjustment” Amazing newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, and two large living rooms. This Home has 2 Primary suites, one on each floor!! It sits on a corner lot in the beautiful Magnolia Lake Section and only 250 yards from the ocean. Close to the swimming pools, putt-putt course, game room, recreation building and indoor pool.
The first level is the kitchen, dining room, living room with sleeper sofa, laundry room and a master bedroom. The living area downstairs has new leather furniture, and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen has all appliances you will need including a filtered water system.
The upper level has a mini kitchen with small refrigerator, microwave, sink, and filtered water as well. The Upstairs master bedroom also has a king size bed, and a private full newly renovated bathroom. Second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed, and has access to a shared bathroom. Third bedroom has two bunk beds with full size beds on bottom and twin size beds on top. This bedroom will easily sleep up to six people comfortably and has access to a shared bathroom. Upstairs also has a living area with a sleeper sofa and large TV.
All bedrooms and living rooms have their own flat panel TV's
The outside has a private shower, swing and gas grill. You are responsible for the gas. There are two decks, one on both levels of the house, where you will find the rockers, chairs, lounge chairs, and table!
This is a family campground with 24 hour security, therefore we do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately WITHOUT REFUND!
There is a $15 a day parking pass fee per car. So for the week it will be $105 per car per week. This will be paid to Ocean Lakes.
There is no smoking or pets allowed inside the house. Smoking is only allowed in the lounging area on the lowest level.
There is not a golf cart with this property but they can be rented through Ocean Lakes.
We rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.
Linens are included with this rental!

The house was just as described and clean upon arrival. Linens were there waiting for us. We had everything we needed. The crock pot was a great help with meals. There were 10 of us and the house was plenty big enough. The location was great and we all loved sitting on the huge deck during the day and rocking the babies on the top deck at night. Shari was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. This was the first trip to Ocean Lakes for all four grandchildren and they had a blast. We appreciate you sharing your house so that others can enjoy the experience of a true family vacation. We made lots of memories.

The home was as described, and we had a great vacation. The only complaints/suggestions - 1. The key pad was very frustrating and ultimately we had to leave the house unlocked when we were away. Could only get it to work once and that was our arrival, and after numerous tries. 2. I would suggest making the golf cart available. Renting is very expensive and driving the car is not an option at ocean lakes.
