Must be 30 to rent. (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
4 bed/3 bath Sleeps 12 up to 14. Max of 10 adults.
Linens included with all stays. (One bath towel and wash cloth per guest, hand towels in all bathrooms and kitchen, and all beds are made up and ready for you.)
We also provide one roll of Charmin toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of Bounty paper towels in kitchen, 10 tide pods, dawn dishwashing liquid, and foaming anti-bacterial hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen.

GOLF CARTS - After you have booked your stay, inquire with us about including our Custom 6 seat limo golf cart and/or custom 4 seat golf carts for your stay. We will not guarantee use of our golf carts until we speak directly with the primary guest, review conditions of use, validate that any operators will be age 25+ WITH a valid drivers license, and a golf cart waiver is reviewed and signed. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Parking for 3 vehicles (Additional vehicle(s) must park in Ocean Lakes overflow lot.
Non-smoking/vaping. No butts on ground or risk forfeiture of security deposit.
PETS - small breed hypoallergenic (max 2 pets) will be considered. Conditions apply - pet fee applies.
As of 2023, Ocean Lakes charges fee of $12 per day/per car* to access community. *Subject to change at any time.
Main level boasts open floor plan with ocean view, kitchen, 10 seat dining table, 2 seat breakfast bar. Sofa has a queen pull out. Electric fireplace, laundry, Smart TV and en-suite guest bedroom with queen bed and full bath.

Upper level boasts vaulted ceilings in every bedroom. Huge master bedroom has king bed and ocean views. En-suite master bath features garden tub. Queen bed in guest bedroom, and another guest bedroom with bunk beds featuring 2 twins over full bed set up. Ceiling fans, closets, dressers.
TV’s in every room.
Fully stocked kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, stove, microwave, fridge, outdoor grill, washer and dryer, air fryer, ice maker, wine opener, blender, Kuerig coffee maker, 14 cup coffee maker w/permanent filter, and more!
Huge main level ocean facing deck with outdoor dining, sun loungers and additional seating. Ground level has private outdoor hot/cold shower, 4 seat table, and covered parking.

Large playgrounds, skate park, workout stations and outdoor recreation including sand volleyball, shuffleboard courts and basketball courts. Sports equipment is available in the Recreation Office as well as bicycle rentals. Great nature center for the whole family, nightly golf cart parade, fishing, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong.
Sandy Mart has all of your grocery, snacking, clothing, beach gear, and memorabilia for your visit.

Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is a recreation complex that includes a water park with 5 pools (one indoor/heated in winter), water slides, lazy river, Sandy Harbor splash zone, sun decks, an Arcade, miniature golf, restrooms, changing areas, and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. **Please note that some amenities such as miniature golf and the cafe do cost extra.

We loved the set up of the home and the location was perfect! The owners have excellent communication! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely location very close to the beach. Grandkids really enjoyed Ocean Lakes pools and slides (along with the beach). Renting a cart is a must and fun for the entire family!! The home was lovely and we appreciated the cheerfulness of the home/decor. A lot of kitchen ware/cooking equipment was made available which was very appreciated. Loved the large kitchen dining room table. Rooms were cozy and our bed was great! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. On a side note, I experience a lot of allergies and various sensitivities. This home was great as it did not cause me any issues. Despite the tropical storm coming through, we had a great time!
