About this house rental
6-bedroom home with ocean views.3.5 bathrooms that sleep 15. Surround decks and an outdoor shower. TOWELS AND LINENS (SHEETS) ARE NOT INCLUDED. Parking below the house (OL charges for parking, not me). Golf Cart available (RENTED SEPARATELY). NO PETS ALLOWED! Open floor plan on the first floor with a large outdoor deck with ocean views. House #1031. OL CHARGES FOR PARKING FOR EACH CAR DAILY.
FIRST FLOOR:
LIVING ROOM:
The Living Room with 2 full couches, a Smart TV, and a ceiling fan.
KITCHEN:
Full kitchen w/ large granite island that seats 6. Dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, and garbage disposal. View of the ocean. Coffee maker, blender, full set of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans.
PANTRY:
Off the kitchen is a small pantry with a sliding Barn Door.
DINING ROOM:
Has a table that seats 6 next to the large island that also seats 6.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
Contains a full-size stackable washer and dryer.
HALF BATH:
Half bath located off of dining area.
MASTER BEDROOM:
Master has a king-size bed with a large private bath with an extra large walk-in shower with mood lighting and Bluetooth. A ceiling fan and Smart TV are also in the room.
SECOND FLOOR:
BEDROOM 2:
Has a full-size bed with a closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting (all on timers), and Smart TV. Door to private second-floor deck with ocean views.
BEDROOM 3:
Has a king-size bed with a closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting (all on timers), and Smart TV. Door to private second-floor deck with ocean views.
BEDROOMS 4,5, AND 6:
All three bedrooms are identical with bunk beds with a trundle bed to sleep three total. Each room has a Smart TV, ceiling fan, closet, and recessed lighting.
BATHROOMS UPSTAIRS:
There are two full baths upstairs that are identical. Each has a rain shower head and Bluetooth.
UNDER HOUSE:
Outdoor shower, parking for 4 cars.
*Golf Cart is available to RENT privately through owner. Lifted and airbrushed seats 4.*

5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway!We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well-maintained property! It was the perfect setup for our group of 14, with plenty of room for both adults and kids to spread out and feel comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, which made daily trips with the kids super easy.The house was clean and thoughtfully laid out. The bedrooms were perfect for the children, especially the three rooms with single bunks and trundles—it made bedtime a breeze! The living spaces were cozy and inviting, and we really appreciated how family-friendly everything was.The only small suggestion we have is to consider adding a safety gate to the front porch for families with toddlers. We brought our own portable gate, but the opening was too wide for it to work properly.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended for large families!

House was very nice and roomy. Had a minor problem with golf cart and she was very attentive to fix the problem quickly. Would definitely return again.
