The location was ideal for us to have an overnight stay en route to Cornwall. Room was fine with decent facilities. The meat pies and breakfast were very good.
The restaurant menu is just pies. Very good pies and great as a one-off (unless you love pies). Alternative restaurants are a cars jouney away.

Stairs were difficult to manage carrying suitcases as we are in our early 70’s.
