Very central, which is what we were looking for. The wellness suite is a nice touch and unique in the way that it has a sauna and ice bath, which is something that I personally enjoy.
Housekeeping didn’t come round until late on our second day. We had been out for most of the day the came back to relax for a wee bit before going to dinner and at that point housekeeping came to the door, so we turned them away.

Location was really good for what we wanted. The Rooms were very clean, not all rooms had a great view but we appreciate its right in the city centre. Breakfast was something that everyone enjoyed, the staff were fantastic and didn't rush us. The bar was lovely, very quick service with comfortable seating.
Our room only had 1 large towel, another was requested but it took 2 days for it to be put in our room (a very minor inconvenience). I was quite cold in the bar area and I found my room to be quite chilly in the mornings but luckily I had packed lots of warm clothes.

Staff members Drew at reception and then Alan at breakfast were genuinely exceptional at delivering excellent customer service. Honestly their warmth and enthusiasm made all the difference.. thanks
Perhaps less stairs but I am being picky and yet it wouldn’t put me off returning as staff, location etc were fantastic!
