Clean and very comfortable room. Restaurant had a good atmosphere with friendly staff and delicious food. Staff were very accommodating changing our allocated room to suit personal access needs.
Breakfast buffet not replenished often to cater for regular stream of guests. Had to wait for more plates, juice, fruit…

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, which was much appreciated! Complimentary breakfast with freshly made eggs at your request. Pool table next to the pool. We did not have dinner, but it looked very good.
The Tanoa Rakiraki Hotel is a great stop over if you want to circle the island, but there is nothing else to do nearby.

Breakfast was simple. It needed more variety. Reception staff were friendly.
Bathroom needs more cleaning. The shower curtain needed washing or replacing. Shower tiles needed cleaning especially the grouting. It needed a bathroom fan. White towels looked like yellow and had some stains. Bedding needed two sheets in between the duvet. It had only the top sheet and we had the duvet on us. Don’t know if they washed the duvet every time someone used the room.
