Great location, no children or kids, quiet, peaceful. Rooms and beds comfortable and good size. Breakfast buffet nice and decent. Staff were amazing, friendly and happy to assist. The spa services were good, good price. Love that they had a daily activities menu and the cava ceremony. Next time I’ll stay at one of the beachfront units.

The wifi is so bad, they need one Wi-Fi code for the whole property rather than having to change codes every day and having to change Wi-Fi when you’re located in the main areas and in your room. Some of the food items were not available, limited dinner menu options and you couldn’t tell dietary options. They should offer a variety for dessert and vegetarian.

Good shower, comfortable bed and plenty of options for breakfast

A bit far away from everywhere and $30 each way into Lautoka which is only 20 minutes away. Felt like an eastern block building. Paint job in room shabby with another coat needed, skirting board messy and drops of dried paint on floor. Room not serviced daily as stated and had to ask twice on third day to have our floor swept and bin emptied. Music playlist that was played loudly on repeat. Listening to boney m many times a day was a bit much! Food for a vegetarian was repetitive. We waited 90 minutes for dinner to arrive one night. Food was not really good value for money. TV in room did not work. Asked for an early morning alarm call to get to airport and promised call not received. All little things but given we were paying well over $200 a night we would have expected better.
