The Villa is located in the middle of lemon groves and is in such a serene setting. The staff was so helpful and kind. Free parking with lovely pools and a buffet breakfast made this an exceptional value. The location worked out well too, since we visited Ragusa Ibla, Modica,Ortigia,Siracusa, Noto and Portopalo.
The road leading to the villa is very narrow and made this American girl a bit nervous 🫣

Nice building and outside areas. Large room. Nice bathroom and shower. Good breakfast (apart from the coffee).
Helpful friendly staff on reception.
No coffee / tea in room. No toiletries in room. No large mirror.
Charge for pool towels.
Nowhere in local area to eat (apart from driving into Noto).

Beautiful location
Very difficult to be there without a car but we were not shared that information ahead of time, but had an uncomfortable greeting from staff who were shocked we hadn’t rented a car. The facilities were fine but nothing special. Charging a fee for towels is absurd (especially if your only amenity is a pool). Overall we felt like a nuisance to the staff and wish we had stayed somewhere more accessible.
