Mooi/modern kleinschalige b&b. Ontbijt prima.

Sehr nettes Personal, angenehme kleine Anlage, sehr familiär.
Die Stromversorgung (Steckdosen) ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Die Einfahrt und Zufahrt ist sehr beengt.

This small boutique hotel is in close to the beach area aa well as being centrally located to explore surrounding towns like Siracusa and Ortigia as well as Modica and Ragusa. It is a quiet villa in the countryside with a lovely pool and grounds and secure parking area. The rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was served on the outdoor patio overlooking the pool. The wait staff and manager were very friendly and accommodating.
The property lies at the end of a very narrow lane so it is difficult to navigate with larger cars. Also there is no staff around after 1 pm and there is no other food available after breakfast - although you can walk to nearby hotel for lunch or dinner if needed.
