We really enjoyed our stay. The property was conveniently located so we could walk to shops and restaurants. It was also very close to many sights which we wanted to visit, making it easy to get around. Our host was very knowledgable about the area, as only a local could be and gave great advice on sights to see and the best ways to get there. We really enjoyed the breakfast, during which time our host would come around to answer any questions we might have.

The location for walking into Bushmills was great and the lady serving breakfast was lovely
We unfortunately had the room next to the breakfast room, so as soon as one of the other guests woke up and needed a coffee they came down to the coffee machine. The coffee machine is very noisy and woke us up earlier than we had wanted to get up and we couldn't get back to sleep because other guests came down. The coffee machine was a good idea, but in hindsight kettles and sachets would be fairer to the guests in room 3.
Also I think the guest above us was trying to get their 10,000 steps in! the creaky floorboards drove us to distraction!
The cooked breakfast could have had more choice for the price paid
