This villa offers a breathtaking view over the nature reserve. The bright living room opens onto a veranda with garden furniture for meals in any season - lovely terrace with 2 sun beds and gas BBQ, ideal for relaxing with manuel awning -

Ground floor:
Bright living room with modern, fully equipped kitchen.
A veranda for relaxing.
First floor:
Bedroom 1: double bed (180 cm with 2 x 90 cm mattresses).
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 cm).
Shower room and WC.
Additional facilities
The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences:
Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, combined fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, real oven..
2 fans, TV with French and German channels.
Ironing board, iron, hoover.
Final cleaning included.
A natural and relaxing setting
The residence has a communal swimming pool (10m x 5m, 1m to 1.70m deep), and is just 10 minutes' walk from the beach. Nearby, you'll find water sports, walks along the Canal du Midi and a Provencal market.

Rentals from Friday to Friday in July and August.
Linen and Wi-Fi mini-box available for hire (booking required at least 15 days before your stay).
