Located in a secure residence with a shared swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), this charming renovated house offers all the comforts needed for a pleasant seaside stay. Just 400 meters from the beach, it's perfect for a family vacation.

- Air-conditioned living room with a new, fully equipped kitchen
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm)
- Renovated shower room
- Separate WC
Upstairs:
- Attic bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and a skylight-
- Mezzanine with a 140 cm sofa bed in a bunk bed style up
Equipments: television, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, toaster, hot boiler, coffee machine, Nespresso, combinated micro waves/grill...etc
Sleepings: 1 double bed 140 and upstairs 2 sofabeds- Airconditoninig in the kitchen/living room + 2 fans upstairs
in the outside shed, you will find a ceramic hob + electric oven-
