The view was amazing. Staff was courteous.

The room was too hot. It had an air conditioner but no way to control it. I asked for assistance and was encouraged to open the windows. I asked for a way to control the air and was brought a remote but it didn't work. So, we spent our time there with it too hot. There was no breeze to cool things down. Had we been able cool the room this would have been a solid five stars

The host was very friendly, helpful and warm. He was also accommodating regardless of the language barrier. The views are amazing and a very and peaceful quaint location.

The price mostly matches the offering; however, it could have been priced slightly less.

the facility is beautiful! Very well appointed! Fabulous views. the pictures do not do the exterior justice! There is a beautiful foundation with sculptures here and there. the bathroom is large and wonderful! Alberto our host was very congenial! I loved it!

The location was excellent, 10 minutes from Perugia, 25 minutes from Assisi. The view from the room was so pastoral. The owners were very nice and did their best to help, despite the language barrier.

Amazing B&B

Alberto is an amazing owner and host. He truly makes you feel at home at B&B Spring. The view was incredible and I spent a lot of time soaking in the view. The breakfast was a full spread of cakes, yogurts, croissants, juices, etc that were all made by the owner's wife. I was served my coffee and breakfast on the terrace and it was a great way to wake up. Overall amazing experience!

Da tornare sicuramente con più calma

La struttura è' perfetta. Posto tranquillo, panorama straordinario, struttura accogliente, rifinita e pulitissima. Ottima anche la colazione. Là persone che ci hanno ricevuto cordiali e al tempo stesso professionali. Forse il prezzo potrebbe essere un po' limato. Comunque molto soddisfatti dal sia pur brevissimo soggiorno

Ne avremo un ottimo ricordo, nonostante la vacanza sia stata un po' sfortunata

Abbiamo apprezzato l'aspetto della struttura, curata in ogni dettaglio, e le dimensioni di camera e bagno. Ma quello che sicuramente non dimenticheremo è la disponibilità dei proprietari, che ci hanno aiutato molto quando abbiamo avuto problemi con la macchina durante il soggiorno! Grazie davvero!

La posizione del B&B è sicuramente suggestiva, ma senza dubbio si può goderne di più nella bella stagione (noi abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di trovare giorni di maltempo). Inoltre, la struttura non è raggiungibile senza un'auto che non abbia problemi con le salite, e questo inizialmente è stato un gran problema quando ci si è rotta la macchina... Ma, come già detto, i proprietari ci hanno dato una mano con grande disponibilità e cortesia!

Aspettative diverse!

Pulizia e panoramica dalla camera

Per iniziare: Abbiamo contattato la proprietaria tramite sms per il nostro check-in non ricevendo alcuna risposta, al nostro arrivo l abbiamo contattata non trovando nessuno in struttura, la riportata è stata che avrebbe fatto effettuare il check-in da un altra signora. In camera non avevamo la pressione dell’acqua e l’acqua calda non bastava per due docce, facendolo presente alla proprietaria ci ha risposto che era dovuto dalla posizione della casa situata in alto. La colazione è stato il momento più imbarazzante, poca scelta e la seconda mattina incompleta causa ritardo del proprietario. La sala colazione ha un solo tavolo per tre camere che apparecchiano in maniera comune. Abbiamo fatto colazione in maniera frettolosa perché gli altri ospiti si affacciavano dalla loro stanza per vedere se il tavolo era libero.

Kann man gut weiter empfehlen.

Frühstück war gut aber italienisch ( nur süß ). Das Quartier ist in ganz ruhiger Lage mit einer topp Aussicht auf die Stadt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man beim Frühstück diese auch auf der Terrasse genießen.

Leider war ein Bett bei unserem Aufenthalt defekt. Dies wurde aber inzwischen sicher repariert.

B&B con vista stupenda!

Il panorama su Perugia splendido che non ha eguali. Bello il giardino, pulizia della camera eccellente e la posizione giusta per accedere a vari punti di attrazione.

Personale un po’ assente, presenti solo durante la colazione. Ho avuto un problema con condizionatore e non mi hanno saputo dare supporto. Scomoda il tastierino per aprire il cancello in ingresso e uscita.

Leggermente scomodo l'ingresso in struttura dal cancello, bisogna far manovra con la mia macchina perché bassa e cancello apribile solo con combinazione da fare ad un tastierino che ti costringeva a scendere dalla macchina

Posto bellissimo, vista fantastica su Perugia. Parcheggio privato. Due bellissimi Labrador. Aria condizionata in camera. Bagno spazioso.

Oltre alla tassa di soggiorno la struttura addebita ulteriori 2€ di imposta. Non è per la cifra, ma bisognerebbe indicarlo nel prezzo della camera.

Davvero consigliata.

Posizione eccezionale, lievemente in quota, alle porte di Perugia. Molto bello e rilassante il giardino in cui trascorrere, del caso, momenti di piacevole relax in assoluta tranquillità. Colazione, consumata all'esterno, con vista magnifica sulla città. Camere grandi e confortevoli.

la struttura non ha difetti ma la strada asfaltata prima del cancello di accesso (ci tengo a dire non privata ma credo comunale) é un disastro. Consiglio alla proprietà di risolvere oppure di segnalarlo ai clienti che arrivano in caso di macchine più basse.
