Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in einem Garten. Es gibt Aussensitzplätze.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, schön ruhig gelegen, sehr angenehme Parkplätze im schönen Garten hinter dem Haus. Die Innenstadt ist in 15 Minuten zu fuß erreichbar. Schöner Sitzplatz hinter dem Haus. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Bad mit Fenster und auch eine kleine Küche, somit ausreichend Platz.
Das Frühstück war gerade so ausreichend, wir essen jeder nur ein Brötchen, für mehr hätte die knappe und jeden Tag fast identische Zuteilung auf der Wurst- und Käseplatte auch nicht gereicht. Jeden Morgen die gleichen harten Eier, von Rührei kann man dort nur träumen. Heutzutage kann man in jeder Unterkunft die Zimmerreinigung durch ein Schild an der Tür abwählen, dort ist das allerdings nicht möglich. Während wir beim Frühstück saßen, machte die "gute Seele des Hauses" unsere Betten und räumte Dinge weg, die sie nichts angehen (Pizzakarton vom Vorabend samt restlichem Inhalt, Pfanddose). Staubsaugen im Zimmer und dem gesamten Eingangsbereich Fehlanzeige. Die Sitzbänke im Frühstücksraum sind voller Krümel.

Die Lage war super, man konnte viele Sachen zu Fuß erreichen. Direkt an der Brockenbahn. Sehr ruhig, sehr freundlicher Frühstücksservice. Frühstück abwechslungsreich, Zimmer mit Miniküche, sehr angenehm.
Es gab nichts auszusetzen, man muß natürlich ein altes Haus mögen. Aber sonst alles gut.
