We liked security, the staff was fantastic and very helpful. Three restaurants with very good food. We could also book excursions and car with driver in the hotel.
We did not like the taps in the bathroom; were difficult to operate when wet.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. We arrived early and they were able to check us in around noon while we we able to use pretty much all of the other facilities they offered. The room was large and clean. The view was also very good. The open buffet had a variety of local and other options so we were both satisfied.

Location
Staffs are very rude .. mainly in the restaurant and in the reception , the way they answer to the questions. It’s a highly overrated hotel just with the brand and location
