Hotel Podgorie Spa

It was very lovely and clean. The food at breakfast varied every day and it was delicious. The staff was also very helpful when needed. Spa was nice, although a bit hotter in the sauna would have been nice.

I noticed that not every time I placed the “Please clean my room”, the room was actually cleaned. Sometimes they would just replace the toilet paper, and also forget to replace the water bottle.

Wonderful staff and the hotel itself! Diverse breakfast, anyone will find something they may like. Great SPA complex, with a huge but not deep pool. Also, one of my friends broke her leg on the third day of our stay, but our apartment has 2 floors and the bedroom was on a second. When the staff realized that, they proposed to give a free apartment with only one floor for that girl for the last day of our visit! So, the staff and politics of the complex are awesome, that was a really great experience!)

The only one minus - is location. And not because of distance, but because of elevation. Its located almost on top of a mountain) It's hard to get there without a car or taxi, and it will be nice if the hotel has its own transfer around the Bukovel for an additional price. But if you are traveling by car - it's not a problem, the hotel has a huge parking place.

The pool and the location the Restaurant has a good selection of dishes and the staff are very friendly

There is no Telephone in the room and no toiletries not even tissues the room was not cleaned or made up at all during our stay no housekeeping at all the breakfast is very mediocre and not very appetizing it is a standard set menu Me being British I was really surprised when I saw what was in the English breakfast 😳they do not have any sausages or beans instead they have pickled tomatoes and cucumbers lol and two tiny slices of bread
