Always a lovely stay here. Staff friendly, rooms very comfortable, excellent restaurant
Had to wait quite some time at check in. Staff not answering ring system. Eventually went into the bar area to find a member of staff to locate reception team. This is unusual. Bottled drinking water in the hotel room would be appreciated. This used to be the case.
