Should read modern and basic it is certainly not luxurious.

The location next to the railway station was great.

The shower in the en suite was very poor with limited flow of water. Having said that, the drain is partially blocked and had the flow been stronger the en suite would have flooded. My wife tried to have a bath but there was insufficient hot water. The kitchen is minimally equipped with no frying pan and only three pots, one which had a handle so loose it was dangerous to use. Bedroom furniture was very basic, and the king size bed was fitted with a double duvet which was a problem, but the bed itself was very comfortable.

Beautiful, well stocked apartment

Lovely, well stocked 2 bedroom apartment with clean, comfortable bedding and lots of towels and even toiletries added too as a nice touch. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc in the kitchen which was great on arrival. Very comfortable sofa and dining area too. Contacted the company regarding parking and received a reply within an hour or so, good communication.

Nothing to not like, let the company know of an issue and they instantly apologised and said they would get it fixed asap so very happy with all responses.

Easy entry and fair location

Looks like someone had tried to brake into the apartment. Definitely tool marks on the entrance door. Made us very nervous. Flooring in the kitchen and hall bubbled up Family bathroom adequate bit not luxury Bedroom 1 absolutely tiny. Nowhere to put my clothes at night. Decor very tired . Ensuite bathroom, the shower cubicle absolutely tiny and very poor construction. Hardly enough room to turn around. Less than B and Q standard. The hottest summer for years. Not a single fan to cool the rooms down. So poor!!

It was a short stay. It is good for family stay.

The location is good, located within the town center. The accommodation was clean with nice fitted kitchen.

The bathroom extractor in the en-suite room is very noise and disturbs sleep. It is on higher floor, having a lift in the building would have been helpful for someone with mobility issue. Irrespective that the floor area was clean, the sofa set requires cleaning. There were debris underneath the seating cushions. There is no shower in the bathroom, not everyone wants to soak in the bath tub all the time.

Very easy to check in and check out. The location was great for what we wanted to do. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for travelling as a family. The washing machine was a tremendous plus.

It's on the third level and we weren't aware there weren't any elevators. That was a little bit awkward with the luggage. Also, we didn't expect there to be a dryer, but the drying rack was broken so we had to improvise a bit. It would have been a bit nicer to have a few more towels for each person.

Easy to get into. Good space in the living room.

Beds were too soft; pillows were not suitable. The shower head was dirty. No shower mat; no shelving in shower. Very little washing up liquid. Knives were blunt so couldn't cut anything.

Not so much tired as utterly exhausted. Dirty, unkept felt we had been taken for fools.

The location for us was perfect, as it was 2 minutes walk from our reason for being in Glasgow.

We have been offered incentives to give a 5 star review, which I think tells you everything you need to know. After a 6.5 hour car journey, we arrived feeling groggy and very tired. Despite having received all the information, I wasn't 'with it' enough to take it in. We were also confused by the fact that the 2 door entrances at the back of the property were full of rubbish and really dirty, at this 'modern and luxurious apartment'. I could go on, but suffice to say that the place was anything but luxurious. We have photographic evidence of the tatty worn and dirty furniture; beds with missing bed knobs; not sure who laid the kitchen flooring, but you got motion sickness when walking across it, the list goes on. Window blind on the floor, and the bedding smelled dirty and musty. oh! The cracked mirror above the wash hand basin summed it all up really. It was an awful experience.

Worst place to stay. Never again. Noisy. Blocked toilet.

I hoped that it will be nice and clean apartment but it turned out to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed

Noisy. It feels like you’re sleeping by the main road. Windows aren’t clearly sound proof. Blockage in the shower. It was like taking a shower in the puddle. We were only given pair of towel for 4 days.

Hawkhead apartment Paisley

Location was next to train line. Host answered quickly. Overall was good.

Pillows were poor and too thin. Stated guests had 2 towels each. We had a bath towel each and one bleached hand towel between us. No floor mat for bath or shower. I slipped coming out of shower! Mirror cracked in bathroom. Could do with some mugs and a bottle opener

Jedyna rzecz na plus to dobry dojazd do lotniska i centrum Glasgow.

Oprócz wszechobecnego brudu, wodę w toalecie trzeba było spuszczać przygotowanym do tego wiaderkiem ponieważ w spłuczce nie było prawie żadnego ciśnienia. W brudnym prysznicu nie było możliwości ustawienia wody, albo gorąca albo zimna. Dywany zaplamione, wszędzie na podłodze brud. Wanna brudna, w prysznicu włosy. Niemiły zapach po wejściu, trzeba było wietrzyć. Apartament zarezerwowany na 5 osób, brak dla wszystkich pościeli. Pomimo powiadomienia osoby odpowiedzialnej za wynajem, nie było żadnej reakcji.
