The property was excellent, spotlessly clean with touches of home. There is absolutely everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the check in and out was seamless. The Craig Dur pub which is a two minute walk away is lovely, and it is short walk to the train station to take you to Glasgow Central. I would recommend the property and I will definitely rebook for my next visit.

The flat was in good condition and spotlessly clean. Check-in was simple, with clear instructions provided. The location is convenient, around a 10–15 minute walk to the city center, and the neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. I only used one of the bedrooms, but the mattress was very comfortable, and the views from the lounge were lovely. I can’t comment on the heating as I didn’t need it due to the good weather, but the Wi-Fi connection worked very well. The flat feels like a home, and that's something really valuable.
A particularly thoughtful touch was the small selection of essentials left in the flat, such as coffee, washing liquid, scouring pads, kitchen foil, and even a bottle of water in the fridge. It made arriving much easier and meant I could settle in straight away and leave shopping for the following day.
They also provide mops, buckets, broom, dustpan... It is quite a nice place to stay in. There is also private parking for owners, so I assume you may be able to park if you stay in this property, but I'm not sure, as I did not go driving.
There were just a few minor details/maintenance that could be improved with very little effort. For example, the bathroom fan definitely needs attention, as it was quite noisy and distracting, and one of the wardrobe handles kept falling off.
Other small improvements could include providing an iron to go with the ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner, which would make it easier to keep the place tidy. There was no toilet paper when I arrived, but I assume this was just an oversight, as it’s clear they otherwise put thought into providing the basic essentials.
The fridge was on the smaller side, with only a tiny freezer compartment. They also advertised Netflix, but the TV wasn’t logged in. I assume you need to use your own account to use it through the HDMI streaming device provided.
Overall, I consider these to be only minor issues and would strongly recommend the place. It’s clear that the hosts make an effort to ensure your stay is comfortable and hassle-free. The value for money is good (I paid about 65 per night at the beginning of September), and I would stay here again if visiting Paisley. In my case, I travelled on my own, but this is a really good price if you share or travel with several people, and use the entire flat.
The only situation I would not recommend this place is if you need an invoice. While they eventually provided one, it was treated more as a favor than a standard service, and the process was complicated. I had to contact Booking and wait about two weeks until the invoice was issued correctly, unnecessarily delaying reimbursement from my employer.
