The owner of the villa is the most friendly person and made us feel at home. We were welcomed with cake and a local schnaps and olives. Whenever we had questions, he was very responsive. to solve them The villa is located on a hill top 15 minutes drive from Rethymno. You need a car (also for grocery shopping, as there is nothing in walking distance) and in the dark the drive can be a bit challenging. However, you will be rewarded with the most beautiful views. We tool the 'upstairs' apartment: the pool is small, but the terrace is amazing.

The villa is set on a hillside which provides the most beautiful panoramic view. It is spacious, clean and the pool was perfect for the children. Diogenis was so welcoming, helpful and full of advice. A welcome pack was provided which included a delicious homemade cake.
