Dar Les Cigognes

Genuine, warm welcome in a beautiful riad conveniently located near many of the interesting sights in the city. Behind the discreet door is an oasis of cool water and orange trees, extremely comfortable beds (great pillows!) and cozy, individually decorated rooms. My room was dark and cool and I had one of the best night's sleep in years Breakfast and dinner on the rooftop were excellent, and served with professionalism and warmth The owner and concierge are both lovely, with lots of recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and so on

Beautiful place. Exactly as on the pictures or even nicer.

The authenticity of the place. The stuff takes pride of taking care of guests and treats this place as its home. Every single member of the crew of dar el Cigognes is very kind and helpful in every way they can.

The hostess treated my wife and I like her son and daughter, she and the entire staff were extremely welcoming and looked after us so well. The location and set up was just perfect, and the open rooftop at night was just wonderful.

staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful to fix and sort anything . we had a lovely lunch served on the rooftop on the first day.

In winter Marrakech is cold in the morning and evening. The Riad was not warm and inviting with loads of candles or look like the pictures in the night. it was dark and gloomy when you arrived back. Our bedroom lighting was poor. could barely see to do make up or hair. also our shower was shocking we couldn't get the right temperature and there was no pressure. for the price per night this wasn't right. also the breakfast was not included in the price and it should be. the individual cost of breakfast items were expensive for the standard served.
