Ottima posizione immersa nel verde ma vicinissima al mare. La struttura è bella e ben organizzata, comodissimo il parcheggio privato per l'auto. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili, ci hanno anche concesso di arrivare 2 ore prima del check in senza problemi. Il posto è molto tranquillo perché dotato di poche camere ed è bellissima la piscina e la zona barbecue che è a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti!
L'appartamento non era proprio dotato di tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno, ad esempio mancavano sale/olio/zucchero, strofinacci, un rotolo di scottex,una scopa.. insomma cose che possono sembrare dettagli ma che ti aspetti di trovare se scegli un appartamento anziché una camera.
Non so se si affidano ad un impresa di pulizie esterna ma c'era parecchia polvere e soprattutto ragnatele, le stoviglie anche hanno avuto bisogno di una ripassata.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location, very clean, well equipped. clean pool, garden with barbecue. Super hosts. We had everything we needed. Close to the beach in the town of Cecina, Vada. Good position for exploring Tuscany, we visited the charming towns of Volterra and San Gimignano. I definitely recommend it.
Wifi and data coverage doesn't work inside the rooms, but I don't consider it a problem. It might be important for someone who needs to do some work while on vacation.

The location, calm and relaxing but well connected. The owner is always available for recommendations. At walking distance there is a nice bar/osteria with good food and live music in the evenings.

Rustig gelegen en ruim. Heel mooi zwembad wat iedere morgen nauwkeurig onderhouden wordt.
Volop parasols en ligstoelen.
De beheerders zijn vriendelijk en hun zoon spreekt Engels.
De beheerders hebben alle moeite gedaan om een technisch probleem met airco op te lossen maar het blijft defect

Er dient terplekke € 1.50 toeristenbelasting per persoon per dag betaald te worden. In de advertentie staat de prijs inclusief alle belastingen, dus dat is niet correct. Er wordt geen betaalbewijs voor verstrekt dus er is ook geen teruggave claim mogelijk.
