Gyönyörű a környezet, a medence tiszta, jó méretű, az apartman berendezése rendben volt. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a fürdőszoba szép. A mi apartmanunk teraszáról pazar kilátás nyílt a tenger és a dombok felé egyaránt. Bevásárlási lehetőség 5 perc autóútra van, a tengerpart 10 perc alatt elérhető. Csendes, nyugodt hely. Jó kiindulópont észak Toszkána felfedezéséhez (Pisa, Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, gyönyörű tájak, kedves kis falvak)
A wifi értelmezhetetlen, szinte csak a medence mellett elérhető (de ott is lassú). Kevés TV csatorna fogható, sport nem volt. Az konyha felszerelése minimális: csak pár edény és étkészlet van, de pl. mosogatószer, konyharuha... stb nincs. Ez apróság, de kényelmesebbé tenné a tartózkodást. A klíma külön fizetéssel érhető el (napi 10 Eur), e nélkül elviselhetetlenül meleg volt az épületben. A medence reggel 10 és este 8 óra között használható, jó lenne ezt az időkorlátot kibővíteni 1-1 órával.
