Independent studio, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds (in mezzanine). Maximum capacity: 2 adults + 2 children.
Independent kitchen, bathroom with shower, large wooded park, pergola, grill, private parking space, protected by electric gate. In open countryside with sea view.
In the surroundings there are numerous restaurants, pizzerias, taverns and wine bars where you can taste the typical dishes of the area and the Montescudaio DOC wine.
Montescudaio is a small 'village' which is located in an extremely strategic position for your tourist excursions:
