there were not enough electrical outlets in the kitchen to connect all the equipment to the electricity, there was an electrical oven but no way to connect it. adapter from european to swiss outlet standard was NOT working

the view facilities (
- the couch (it was broken and it was not prepared with sheets, even if we mentioned that we will be 3 persons. Also we had to ask for an additional set of towels for the third person) - the smell (old smell) - no soap/shower gel at the bathroom - the house rules (airbnb house rules - such as “All the bed linen has been removed and put on the floor.”, check out at 10 am and bring the key to the rental office until 11 am etc)
