An excellent Hotel, at a convenient location for the hot springs at a very fair price

A beautiful hotel suitable for both summer and winter, in an excellent location near the Pozar springs. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing with a large tray for each person that contained a huge variety of continental and local delicacies. Highly recomended

The view towards the mountain.

Our room had a heavy smell of smoke. It turned out they had not cleaned properly the fireplace. We had to remove ourselves the ashes that were causing the smell. We were told they could not clean it at that point because the cleaner was off and would come back the next morning. The lights were positioned on the wrong side of the room so we could not read a book when on our bed and the main light was very strong. I would expect this place to have paid more attention to its lights so that visitors can relax better.

we left after two hours when we discovered the hotel was falsely advertised. we were assured our money would be refunded

Great housekeeping, it was clean with nicely furnished rooms. But, we left after 3 hours as staff incredibly rude, facilities were not as advertised, still got charged full price of two night booking. After several messages and phone calls, booking.com offered us only 40 euros compensation as there were no spa facilities (which are still advertised as open and available on the booking.com listing.)

english speaking staff advertised, but not available. (staff unwilling to try all the tricks we know to communicate as world travelers with gestures and translation devices). When we checked in we were scolded for leaving screen door open, handed keys no explanation of room location, no help with luggage, and we asked about location of the spa facilities by gesturing to the brochure, we were told “NO!”. Facilities were not as advertised, (no spa, no pool, no bar), wrong rooms were assigned far apart in a totally empty property. We demanded staff call English speaking management. We spoke to a very rude, sarcastic, patronizing manager over the phone who told us we would be refunded via booking.com if we left immediately, but then refused to refund. The location on google maps shows the hotel close to Pozar thermal baths, but they are actually located out of the town on the main road, nothing in walking distance, rooms face noisy traffic.

Quiet and comfortable hotel.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable hotel outside Pozar.

We booked as it advertised its pool and spa - however these were closed during the week (admittedly off season) when we were there.

Everything was great!

Great quiet location, with great mountain views. Nice decoration and very comfortable rooms at an affordable price. Little 3 legged cat on the yard is the show stealer though! <3 Great experience!

Μου άρεσε ο χώρος! Το ξενοδοχείο πεντακάθαρο! Το πρωινό τέλειο! Ζεστό δωμάτιο και πεντακάθαρο. Η πισίνα, το τζακούζι, η σάουνα! Θα ξαναπήγαινα!

Χάσαμε έναν ξύλινο σταυρό. Δεν ήμασταν σίγουροι αν το χάσαμε εκεί...Απλώς άργησαν να μας ενημερώσουν αν το βρήκαν ή όχι. Τους πήραμε τόσες φορές τηλ για να μας πουν πως δεν είναι εκεί!

Περάσαμε υπέροχα!!!

Ευγενέστατοι άνθρωποι από τους ιδιοκτήτες μέχρι το προσωπικό, το δωμάτιο μας υπέροχο και το "κερασάκι στην τούρτα" ήταν το spa το οποίο τόσο εγώ όσο και ο άντρας μου το ερωτευτήκαμε! Επίσης προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα τα τοπικά τους προϊόντα, το ένα πιο νόστιμο από το άλλο!
