Nice stay

The hotel is in a quiet place and has a beautiful view to the mountains. The 2 pools look good and the lobby/ restaurant area is also nice. The staff is polite. Also, we appreciated the available parking. The room was clean and had quality sheets and towels. AC Pozar baths are some min away drive and the experience is fantastic.

When we entered the hotel it was extremely hot in the common area, no AC was on. I understand that the electricity is expensive but in a 4 stars hotel you expect comfort as you pay for it. We were afraid that we had to take breakfast in that hot temperature but the AC was working for the breakfast time (only). Also, the rooms are aged and probably 3 stars is more appropriate.

We would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was nice. Almost the same every day. Location was good for going to Poza hot waters. Also, we could walk along the main road in the evenings. The meals were delicious, both the burgers and chicken souvlaki. The staff were very accommodating with early check in and late check out if needed. The pools were fantastic. Parking was good, always found a spot and it was not in the sun making it a pleasure to enter your car.

Perhaps changing the breakfast menu daily, for more variety.

Okay, but that's it

Good hotel with an excellent breakfast. The pool is nice. The room is basic. The price is too high, even for the drinks at the pool. It's pretty much the only accommodation with a pool in the area, and the prices reflect that.

For a four-star hotel, you expect a certain appearance from the staff. This was absolutely not the case. The cleaning ladies were wearing company polo shirts, but the young man at the bar and a woman in a more senior position looked like they'd just stepped off the basketball court. Again the prices for drinks at the pool are too high.

Great location and rooms, disappointing breakfast

The Location, in the middle of the mountains was amazing! Our modern and stylish room had a jacuzzi and a gorgeous Mountain View.

We arrived before 10am at the breakfast buffet and the food was all empty with no refilling and the leftovers were cold (breakfast was until 10:30), that was really disappointing. That is no 4 Star Hotel attitude!

Nice hotel and breakfast. Beautiful rooms. 5 min drive to the 'pozar' thermal pools. Very clean, under ground parking available. An amazing view of the mountains and cherry trees.

No a place that wirth the morny

Pools empty no SPA. They Should write that all facilities are closed. Room dirty with some trash on the floor. Floor wasr sticky! Feel like wasn't wash ling time. Breakfast very poor. Trays were empty and we have to ask them all the time to refill it. And then also was just for one person while we were around 15 people. Very poor

A bit of construction at the resort .They were extending it/building new lodges and pool.Massage was not always available , they didn’t have anyone available on the first day but they found someone on the second day.

Beautiful location, nice pool and terrace. The views are exceptional! Staff is very helpful. Large & fresh breakfast buffet!

The room we booked was taken, so we got a downgrade and had to use a cot instead of a bed for our daughter. We got a discount of €30, but the room was very small. There was a wedding at the village, we could hear the music in our room. The menu card is poorly translated to English. Use a translator app to make sure you know what you order.
