Location was superb really. Short walk to all major landmarks in central Valjevo. Staff was really POLITE and super HELPFUL (real speak), e.g. director helped us pay a parking ticket by personally accompanying us to a payment point.
Hotel's a bit dated that's all. AC in our room couldn't turn off it was kinda cold but we didn't bother anyone about it.

Good central location.
Very poor experience when checking in. The hotel did not appear to know about my reservation. The woman at the desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no explanation or apology for the situation. However, when checking out the man on reception was friendly and professional. A very mixed experience.
