nice apartement in quiet area

Everything was fine 💙 cozy place and nice personal. language barrier because the lady didnt speak english but all worked out nice 😊

For us it didn’t work..

The rooms were very wide, lots of space.

The location is a bit far from Garuda, although it’s 25 minutes, the driving is tough because most of the driving is through narrow roads and fields, the pool is dirty, spiders and bags inside the rooms.

If we had A/C it would have been perfect. But I get the ecological effort that is being made. We were grateful for the fans and blinds to block out the sun.

Superb

We had a house with 2 floors for 12 people. The location was very nice and welcoming. The location was very calm and relaxing with a big garden. Although our group was loud, there were no complaints. Rooms and kitchen were clean. Towels, toiletpaper, soap, sponge and other utilities were included.

The reception only speak Italian.

location is perfect if you want to spend time somewhere peaceful. the owners were excellent and very welcoming.

Exceptional

Very pleasant and professional hosts, flexible for check in and check out. The cleanliness, the environment, the spaciousness of the apartment... everything was just as we expected and as described and shown in the pictures. Good value for money. We recommend it to everyone as a decent accommodation in nature

Maybe the mattresses are a bit uncomfortable, but we still got a good sleep :)

Very nice and quiet place :-)

We had a great time. Everything was like you see on the pictures. Two big rooms both with private bathrooms and good privacy. The fans saved our life in the heat wave. The owners, an older couple, were very lovely but spoke no English. It didn't matter because if you write a message on booking, you get quick answers in English. We asked for example where the nearest laundry service was? If we could borrow clotheslines and get clean towels. Got quick answers to all of this and got what we asked for. The pool was very nice and the grapes all around.

A nice property in a beautiful location, very central.

The property is located very central to all the areas we wished to travel. A very nice, quiet rural location away from the busier tourist areas. Our hosts were very accomodating, polite and friendly. We will definitely be back.

The beds were not very comfortable and the facilities a bit dated, but we didn't expect anything more for the price.

Very nice and relaxed stay in peaceful nature

extremely kind owners, very nice property surrounded by greenery, beautiful yard and terrace with dining table and seating furniture, large apartment of 200 square meters, fully equipped kitchen, lots of extras (salt, sugar, coffee, oil, dishwashing detergent, sponge, towels, shampoos, hair dryer, mosquito nets on windows ...)

the mattresses were not so comfortable to sleep, there is no air conditioning (but there is a fan in each room), no dishwasher (for a group of 9 people it would be much easier to have it) and the microwave did not work

It was not worth 140Euros per night for what we've got (at least for us)

A very nice thing was that each bedroom had an AC. We liked that the location was nice and quite, the staff was friendly and the pool was functional.

We were ready to go further from the lake Garda in order to get a bigger place to stay. The big apartment with 80m2 was the main reason why we booked for a higher price and at a longer distance than any other places that we saw for our stay. To the question about the advertised 80m2 the answer was: (non abbiamo) we dont have. Very weird because 80m2 is the smallest they have on booking. There are also apartments with 100m2 and more advertised.... What we got instead was a smaller 2 bedroom (50-55m2) apartment with a smaller guest room, Apartment #10. The second bedroom had 3 single beds instead of both having at least one double bed. What could be better are the amenities that should be renovated in our opinion. Internet was quite bad as we got disconnected many times during live events.

Great place..very pastoral. We was 9 people's and the house was very big and equipped with everything. The staff was great and helped in any request. It's not on the lake but very close to any place on the lake and much better then sleep on the lake.

Fabulous

The people are great. Laura and the hosts will go beyond expectations to make you comfortable and happy. The apartments are really big and spacious, the garden is great, especially for kids. Their advice on where to go and what to do was spot on. Great people, thank you!

Wifi was horrible, and phone/4g reception was very poor in the whole area. There is no washing machine in the apartment, no iron, no head dryer, keep those in mind. The hosts did their best to help with everything, but there so much you can do when you do not offer a washing machine to wash your clothes.

Gentilezza e disponibilità in ottima posizione

Estremamente gentili e disponibili. Posizione ottima per visitare Mantova, Borghetto sul Mincio e il lago di Garda.

Gli appartamenti sono grandi ma da rinnovare e pulire meglio (i servizi accessori come le stoviglie molto vecchi e non puliti), lampadine da sostituire, diverse ragnatele, asciugamani da rinnovare. Spero che questi consigli siano utili, il personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile.

Natura e tranquillità

Immerso nel verde e molto tranquillo. Si tratta di un complesso di più costruzioni tipo villette, alcune con 1 piano superiore, per lo più ben distanziate le une dalle altre. Ogni appartamento fornisce spazi molto ampi ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.

Buona struttura, bravi gestori

Bello il posto, piacevole l'atmosfera e adatto per rilassarsi, è vicino al Lago di Garda e a tanti posti da vedere, un'ottima base per scoprire una parte molto bella del Veneto. I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili, ci sono stati degli inconvenienti ma sono stati gestiti subito e risolti.

È meglio parlare sempre delle cose positive.

È stato un soggiorno sicuramente rilassante e l’appartamento era un bel luogo dove tornare dopo una giornata di visite.

Belle strutture e la loro organizzazione. Ottime per vacanze in famiglia a con gli amici. Gli interni degli appartamenti sono ampi anche per momenti di convivialità stessa cosa per gli esterni. Un porticato collegava i due appartamenti presi dalle nostre famiglie, e tavolini esterni hanno reso il soggiorno piacevole sia per grandi che perché piccoli. C’era anche la possibilità di fare un barbecue. Situato in una posizione strategica un buon punto di partenza per mete nei dintorni tuttavia in un luogo silenzioso e tranquillo.

Una piccola mancanza è stata l’assenza di accessori per lavare i piatti e gli asciugamani in bagno tutti diversi anche di quelli con gli elastici davano l’impressione di essere stati rimediati, comunque puliti quindi utilizzati senza problemi Sarebbero solo stati dettagli che avrebbe reso tutto più accogliente.

Struttura accogliente perfetta per le esigenze di un viaggio con bambini. Bella piscina disponibile in loco e un curatissimo uliveto ideale per stare all'aperto. A 30 minuti da tutte le attrazioni del Garda

Ottimo soggiorno in un ambiente piacevole e un prezzo super

Tutto eccellente, dalla disponibilità dei gestori, alla metratura dell'appartamento, cucina completa, giardino con piscina, tutto ok.

Piccolissima nota stonata, poca privacy ma bisogna tenere conto che al piano terra è normale che c'è la possibilità che ti guardino in casa. Basta tenere gli scuri socchiusi e il problema è risolto.

Consiglio questa struttura a chi ha bisogno grandi spazi e uno staff cordiale

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Hanno risolto dei piccoli problemi molto velocemente. Gli spazi interni sono grandi e ogni camera ha il suo bagno. Si può sfruttare ampiamente il giardino di fronte all appartamento. Facilmente raggiungibile e ampio parcheggio per auto all interno della struttura.

Forse le luci in soggiorno sono un po fioche.
