Hyatt Place Hampi

Big thanks to Saif, Himani, and Govind at the front desk for professionalism and helpfulness. Great restaurant - Nayana, Rohan, Kewen provided friendly, excellent service. I was also impressed with the chef. Everything we ate was delicious and well-prepared. Beautiful, spacious, clean room. The pool was a highlight - it's large and surrounded by a lovely garden.

The staff were hospitable, food was pretty good. The gym and swimming pool were also good.

No valet parking on site, the washrooms in the lobby and near the fitness centre were extremely dirty and not well maintained.

1. Like daily room service—cleaned and arranged so well that it felt like a fresh check-in. 2. The swimming pool is well maintained, and the kids’ play area is good. 3. Lots of greenery around and good places like Panchavati, Zed garden to spend time within the township.

1. While the room was cleaned and arranged properly, refreshments and basic amenities such as tea bags, sugar, and bathroom slippers were not replenished regularly. 2. During my stay, the room unlocking mechanism failed around 4–5 times, requiring repeated trips to the front desk to get it reactivated. 3. The dining experience was the most disappointing. Despite staff being present during dinner, there was a lack of attention and significant delays in serving food. It felt like no one was attentive to the tables. Additionally, the food was overpriced for the level of service provided. The pricing felt comparable to a luxury (7-star) experience, but having stayed at multiple 5-star properties, this was far more expensive and did not meet expectations in terms of service or value. 4. Being in an industrial area, there is some noise and reduced air quality, but it’s manageable.
