The amenities were clean, the owner was very professional, the breakfast was great and the driver (Mada) was super nice and helpful.

Very nice, intelligent and very helpful host Kiran! He organized pick up very early in Hosapete. We had wonderful walking tours with his guidance in Hampi. He has a profund knowledge of the heritage site and was an ideal Guide, because he didn't rush through. Because the stay was so nice and Hampi being so interesting we extended our stay to a week. Very nice roof top terrace with a nice view over New Hampi, which is not so busy as Hampi Bazaar. It's No problem to get Rikschas to Hampi Bazaar or to walk to tge southern Heritage Sites. If you can choose, take the Small room on the roof top.

A bit of smell in the bathroom in first floor, not super tidy, but compared to the nice talks it's nothing.

The property was a flat in New Hampi, Most of the properties around were homestays. The parking was opposite the property in the road. The flat was on the first floor, with a common living room and Kitchen. The property was clean and had a good supply of Hot water and other basic amenities. I mistakenly booked this property as I was originally looking for a property having a similar name which was closer to the historical sights of Hampi (Both properties are run by the same family) .

The hostess charged me an additional amount as I had mistakenly mentioned only 1 person while making the booking. While I did ask the property to clarify immediately and they assured me that I had booked a double room (2 people allowed) . Given that we hardly used the property and only came to check in and then later to sleep at night,, I would have appreciated if that amount was not charged.
