We loved everything about our stay! The fine dining experience was exceptional, and the breakfast was simply perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool, and the service was outstanding. the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration truly special and memorable

There was honestly nothing we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience.

The gardens are absolutely stunning. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat, clean and very spacious.

Breakfast was included in our package and was buffet style, with a lot of choices. I was at a wedding therefore dinner is based on what was served at the wedding, which was enjoyable and again a nice variety to choose from. I did not use the spa facilities.

I was a little disappointed when I first arrived, because there had been some confusion with my daughters booking who had booked in for 2 nights and then with my booking - the reason being as I was there for a wedding but booked through booking.com I specifically called numerous times to check that they could make a note that we were with the bridal party, to check that we would be near enough to the venue, to check that my daughter and my room would be near to each other, to check if I would be able to check in a little earlier in order to change for the wedding etc. However, none of this information had been noted, therefore the room wasn't ready, my daughter wasn't near, we weren't near to the venue and they were not aware that we were part of the wedding party. Fortunately, the lady that assisted me was able to turn the disappointment into a positive by at least arranging the room sooner than 2pm - which I was very grateful for.

The place in general looks great

I was very disappointed with the way my reservations were handled at the front desk. I was booked for the wine tasting and the spa at the same time, but I was given different times verbally, and no confirmation was sent to me clearly indicating the confirmed time for my spa session. This created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. To make matters worse, we experienced another disappointing situation at Kingsley Restaurant. My husband and I went to Kingsley instead of Granita for the spa lunch. The manager on duty appeared to be unfamiliar with the hotel’s activities and arrangements. She asked us to wait while she contacted Granita to confirm our appointment, but she never returned with any feedback or confirmation. As a result, we were left with no option but to order food at Kingsley, where the turnaround time was also extremely long. This significantly affected our experience and was particularly disappointing considering that we were expecting a well-organised and relaxing hotel experience. Overall, the lack of communication, coordination, and knowledge of the hotel’s activities was very disappointing and fell far below the level of service I expected.
