The receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. He was always available and willing to assist whenever we needed help, which was one of the few positive aspects of our experience.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several issues that affected our comfort and overall experience. Upon arrival, only one towel was provided for two guests. We had to repeatedly request an additional towel throughout our stay. On our last night, we chose not to request another towel, assuming the staff would have noted that there were two occupants in the room and would provide two towels accordingly. Instead, we were left to share one towel. There were also several communication issues with the staff. When we requested utensils, we were told that there were already sufficient utensils and cutlery in the room for two people. If that had been the case, we would not have needed to make the request. To make matters worse, the next day one of the coffee mugs was removed, leaving only one mug for both of us to use. Similarly, when we requested an iron and ironing board, we were told that these items were already in the room, despite them not being available. The room itself was very compact, with limited space for two people to move around comfortably. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, the television was outdated and in need of an upgrade, and the air conditioner was not working properly to warm the room. As a result, we had to request an extra blanket. The bathroom experience was also frustrating. Hot water only lasted for less than five minutes before turning cold, making it difficult to complete a comfortable shower. The parking area was chaotic and poorly demarcated, making parking inconvenient. In addition, there was excessive noise during our stay. On Friday night, noise continued into the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to rest. We were not informed beforehand that the property hosts parties and were only told on the morning of the event that a party would be taking place. The event continued until late in the evening, significantly affecting the peaceful atmosphere we expected.
