The property is lovely for a weekend staycation away from the noise of the city. I enjoyed my stay and loved the deluxe suite. The staff however did not live up to my expectations for such a property - both at reception and in the restaurant. They also did not communicate on check in that there would be a mothers day event on sunday and so it would be loud.

The rooms that were allocated were not clean. One of the two rooms that were allocated had a condom wrapper on the floor, which the cleaners had not removed 😳. The floor was also not vacuumed. The was a toilet paper with blood in the toilet, which we found inside the bathroom toilet. New rooms were allocated, and one of the new rooms had champagne splatters on the floor. It was disappointing to spend so much money for rooms that were not clean.
