Location was excellent for the Sai Baba temple. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from which was very good. The hotel room was a good size and comfortable. The food on offer at the restaurant was very good and buffet breakfast was great. Door staff and porters were friendly and helpful
I found the front desk staff and restaurant staff very abrupt and unfriendly. When we arrived there was a wedding taking place outside and the noise level was very loud in the hotel. There was then an evening reception with music and fireworks into the night. I think it would have been beneficial for the hotel to inform guests of this as I would not have booked here. I didn’t complain at the time due to the journey we had to get there and tiredness and my mum was unwell. I just think the hotel should pre-warn guests when there is such an event taking place. We didn’t get to explore the grounds or the pool due to this.
The bathroom felt unclean, shower tap was loose on the wall and there was mould around the shower screen which gave it a grubby feel.
