Location and proximity to Sai mandir. Senior citizen friendly bathroom.
Bathrooms need upgrade. Matresses too need to be better and hard. Noises from neighbour bathroom are heard which is not good.

Location to temple was the only positive thing and manager hari was good
Bad washrooms. Tv not working , very very small and showers don't work inspite of the premium rooms and prices.
