Excellent experience exceeds my expectation

i booked for a night and was out all day and when i just came back they told me the hotel is fully booked so they asked me to check out and allow me to stay Until 1900hrs....this was free of charge. i liked the 2 supermarket one is mini market and the second one is medium decent size market. also star bucks at the lobby and the quietness. and the laundry services was good.

They asked me to check out when i wanted to extend my stay due to the hotel sold out. i booked for a night and was out all day and when i just came back they told me the hotel is fully booked so they asked me to check out and allow me to stay Until 1900hrs....this was free of charge

Sheer Disappointment

I am always left satisfied with the service at the restaurants, and the choitrams is a lovely addition to the hotel.

I am a regular guest at this time of year, and I have been for the past 4-5 years, if not more. 1) My check-in experience was poor. There were 2 guests who served after me and got the room before me. Even though all payments were done 2-3 days prior, I expected to be much smoother. 2) I came back to my room at around 3 p.m., and I wanted to get some rest after a long day of work. As soon as I closed my eyes, the front desk called me and insisted on changing the beds. I asked him why the team hadn't done it while I was out. He said it was due to me not answering the phone. I don't know how they expect me to answer the phone when I'm out for work from 5AM until 3PM. Such a horrible stay this week. 3) The price you pay for the room is not even worth it. And they have even bumped up the prices for the coming week.

Beds are comfortable.

Bathrooms are dingy, it’s either cold or hot water. The standing shower gets filled with water. Rooms need upgrade. Cleanliness is questionable. Breakfast is mid -poor presentation.

Understaffed, and under capacity for the amount of guests. We had difficulty finding tables and when we did we had difficulty finding a staff member to clear, clean and replace the setting so we could have our breakfast.

room maintenance. Lights did not work. Poor design. Cheap furnishings. Check in organisation. I had to move rooms for teh second night for some reason that was not really undestood. Belgian Cafe and Italian restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Im still waiting for an invoice.

This is a large hotel; however, only has three (3) elevators. Sometimes there is a wait if the guest is on the upper floor.

Nice place but avoid breakfast

Convenient for what I needed. It was very nice that they offered an upgrade.

Breakfast is a mess. Way too few tables for the number of guests. Tables were cleared but not cleaned so had to sit in the mess left by the previous guest. Coffee machine dispensed colored water. A terrible way to start the day. And this was the case both mornings.

Easy to park and get back the car with the valet parking. very quick lift, even while staying on the 19th floor. Good buffet breakfast with sufficiently large choice of food... A Belgian bar on ground floor was welcome to have a beer and eat moules marinières.

One of the Cleanest Hotels in abu dhabi

The room was immaculate, spotless, and thoroughly sanitized during our entire stay. Housekeeping maintained an exceptional standard of cleanliness, ensuring every surface was dust-free, the floors were well-swept and mopped, and the bathroom was hygienically cleaned and disinfected. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff Waleed greeted me with a warm smile and handled the check-in process quickly and professionally. They were very helpful with all my questions and made me feel welcome right away. The room was extremely clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff May did a fantastic job every day—everything was spotless, and they made sure all amenities were perfectly in place. I really appreciated the attention to detail.
