Micul dejun destul de diversificat, hotel este plasat intr-o zonă liniștită cu multă verdeață, grădină bine îngrijită!

Locatia, organizarea spatiului de parcare si camerele.
Lipsa aerului conditionat, frigidere nefunctionale in camerele dinspre parcare, SPA-ul cu plata, micul dejun modest, fara dulciuri sau cornuri la cafea

Micuk dejun este bun.Acelasi meniu in fiecare dimineata cu multe din produse din market,dar servirea frumoasa si curatenie.
Pernele groaznice,prosoapele nu au fost schimbate pe toata perioada .Nu s-a aspirat deloc timp de 5 zile si gunoiul a fost luat o singura data.Nici baia nu a fost spalata timp de 5 zile.Pe scurt fara curatenie in camera,perne de calitate indoielnica si FARA aer conditionat .

The restaurant staff were great. Room was nice size, beautiful grounds. Loved the outdoor spa.
The reception staff the first night we got there were simply rude and seemed annoyed with us. They tried to charge us for an extra bed although our room capacity was for 3 people...we were 3. The lady who checked us in reluctantly walked with us to make our pull-out bed and even asked me to help with the bedding...which I did but all in all it was the lack of hospitality and poor customer service that put a stain on our experience unfortunately.
