Ne-a placut discretia gazdei, terasa este un plus si parcarea. Camera a fost in regula, poate putin cam inghesuita si locatia cam departe de lacul Ursu.
Mobilierul de pe balcon era deteriorat.

Nu exista personal căruia să i te adresezi, faptul ca nu exista posibilitatea servirii la unitate de mic dejun și nici măcar să poți servi o cafea sau un ceai, bucătăria pe care trebuia să o împarți cu toate celelalte persoane cazate, nu era o bucătărie practică, era situată la subsol, multe lucruri nu funcționau, trebuia să aștepți să plece ceilalți ca să îți poți prepara un ceai și să îl servești și multe alte minusuri, în baie mirosea foarte urat din prima clipă în care am preluat camera, probabil era de vină canalizarea, nu știu, prosoapele nu au fost schimbate deloc în 5 zile petrecute acolo, ușa de la baie nu se închidea deloc, ușa de la balcon nu se închidea bine, per total - prețuri prea mari pentru ce punea la dispoziție unitatea.
