The pool is nice and temperature-controlled. Although the slide is too dangerous for the kids. The lifeguard doesn’t seem happy with his job

This is a 3-star hotel so we were not expecting so much but the basic needs seems not to have been provided properly. There was no towel and we had to wait for an hour after we requested. The TV is also not useful as the youtube is continuously being stopped/paused for some reason. The room has no rugs or whatever to dry your feet after shower or after swimming The Wifi was very slow as good as useless. A stay that could’ve been better with the support of the staff but no one seems to be motivated enough to offer help.

Good for a change

The room is big and bed size is good. Staff is freindly.

There was no towels on the bathroom, The small friedge create noise, The room at booking was to overview zoo but what we receive was pool view, after I did booking they for twin room, they respons with subject to avaiability, I had to call to ask them to confirm the same or I will cancel the booking as this was my selection based. It was over priced for such facaility.

Highly unprofessional and arrogant staff. The overall service was extremely disappointing and consistently delayed. There was no cutlery provided in the room, and despite calling multiple times, it was delivered only after we had already finished our food. Unfortunately, this was not a one-time incident but happened repeatedly during our stay. The valet service was even more concerning. The drivers appeared unskilled, and we received our car back with a major scratch. When we raised the issue, no one took accountability or handled the situation responsibly. The lack of concern and professionalism from the management was shocking. Considering the premium price charged for a one-night stay, the service quality is nowhere close to being justified — not even at half the price. Having done multiple staycations across the UAE over the years, this has been by far the worst experience. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before spending their hard-earned money here, especially if you value both quality service and the safety of your vehicle.

Very Good Stay. Much Needed Break from Daily Routine. Keep up the Good Work.

Very Nice Facilities and Breakfast was also Very nice. Animals sounds were making the place more happening. Elephants making sounds gave us a very happy feeling. Overall a Good Time Spent in the Zoo.

Only thing is In Breakfast, Croissant was limited. Like for one person only One piece, is guest needs another then it was Chargeable which I felt was not Required. Anyways we have paid for Breakfast, but while prepayment also, afterwards they said extra if you need then it is chargeable which felt little bit downcast and was not logical as per the Location. Anyways, hope to get this upgraded for future visitors. Rather, it might be possible that seeing Indians, they might have told that you can't take extra.

Great Place for Families

A great place for families with kids. The resort offers lots of fun activities like animal feeding and horse riding, with a wide variety of animals to see. We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. One of the coolest and most unique experiences was hearing the lions roaring from their nearby zone while we were sitting in our hotel room :)

A bit of touch-up painting would really help make the place look fresher and newer.

perfect and safe place for your kids to enjoy zoo animals while you rest in a proper hotel room surrounded by animals. Unique experience.

Our stay was disappointing due to mosquitoes in the room, resulting in bites for me and my children despite requesting spraying. The giraffe view was very limited, with only two giraffes and a few geese, unlike previous visits with many animals. The property feels old and worn, with visible marks, damaged doors, and sofas (photos attached). Given the premium price, better upkeep, full disclosure, or improvements are needed before we consider returning.

So many activities for kids!!

Had such a fun family stay at this hotel connected to Emirates Zoo! 🦓🐘 So many activities for kids — my little one had the best time at the pool and exploring the zoo. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made everything feel so easy and relaxed. 💛 If your kid loves the pool, definitely book a pool view room — it has direct access to the pool, and it feels like having your own private pool! 🏊‍♀️ If they’re more into animals, go for the Giraffe Room or Gazelle Room — waking up to those views is such a special experience. 🦒✨

The food at The Hide Restaurant was tasty, but it took about an hour for our order to be served, so a little patience is needed. ⏳ The rooms could also use a bit of an upgrade, but overall it’s such a unique and enjoyable place for families. With a few improvements, it would be a total gem! 🌿💫

Excellent stay at the Giraffe Chalet with direct view to mother and child giraffe. Easy access to the zoo. The chalet is very big and comfortable. The curtains are great - very blackout.

Great for families

Great location not too far from Yas Island. The zoo tickets were included in the price of our stay. There was a swimming pool for kids with a slide and a games/arcade room for the kids. On site restaurants open until 2am which was very reasonably priced.

On the first morning we had to ask several members of staff where to get breakfast from it was confusing and there were no signs. Once we knew where it was it was fine.

To be honest, the breakfast was terrible and not worth paying AED 300+. After we checked in they informed us that they are making a special buffet breakfast "outdoor" yet when we went it was mesrible. The food and the tables were not worth the money. I asked to bring me a normal breakfast to the room and I swear to GOD its not even worth AED 30

Clean. Spacious. The chalets are brilliant and right that the giraffe enclosure. Staff cannot do enough for you. Ordered breakfast to the chalet and it was hot and perfectly done. Great place for couple and families.

Good hotel if visiting with kids and animal lovers

The hotel is very good if travelling with kids. The hotel allows free entry to the zoo, which provides a lot of animal feed opportunities which the kids loved. I booked breakfast with my stay and the hotel provided room service of the breakfast, which was very good. There was a pool for the kids too.

It’s right at the zoo, the perfect place to stay especially if you book the experience of Breakfast with Giraffes - no need to drive in the morning

The pool. The was so many people and the pool is very dirty. Women and men are swimming in clothes. The girl was vomiting right in the pool. In the evening light you could really see how much dirt there was in the pool. Children are eating inside the pool, so the rests of food are as well there
