Disappointment

Mouldy, stuffy and dirty all around. The bed humid and smelled. Quite unpleasant experience. I do not recommend.

Great location, shopping mall is next door, many restaurants and aslo the beach is 200 m away.

Wifi is not good, if you work remotly it is not place for you. I had to buy sim card and share internet to laptop since hotel wifi could't even open zoom or any video meeting.

The location they put on booking is wrong When I finally found the hotel on reception they said all the rooms are full. I asked how is that possible and that I have reservation for that day. They said that they don't work with booking. Com already long time and they don't care so I had to find a room in 2am just perfect

The staff here are horrible and rude. I arrived, like others that have tried to stay here with a booking, was told that I can’t stay due to the manager giving my room away. She was very rude and told me to go find somewhere else and that she would do nothing to help me. Do not stay here, it is not worth the hassle.

Never again with booking

We were there at 12 am with no internet and a reserved booking. They said there was no room available even with the booking. A guy from a store nearby saved us because they could not event tell us another hotel with available rooms. A total disaster!! RUN!

2 FOREIGN GIRLS OUTSIDE IN THE DARK NIGHT

HORRIBLE!! We arrived at the hostel after a long flight at 3h in the night. There was no reception (24/24h indicated) and NO ROOM for 2 foreign girls in the night without internet. The worst experience of our trip. TO AVOID!!

Everything! The owner was so rude from the start. The room was smelly and mouldy. There was no toilet paper and when I went to ask the owner for some she said "your room is cheap" so basically asking for toilet paper is a no go. Even public toilets have toilet paper but OK. Please stay away it's horrible. WiFi doesn't work. There were ants on my pillow and the sheets were stained and I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to spend a night in this place. Ps don't close the bathroom door as you'll be locked in considering there is no door handle from the inside. Everything was dirty there was even a used tissue left on the fridge as per photo. Booking.com advised that the room we selected had air con but of course the rude owner tried to get us to pay more for a room with air con. I was not bothered to fight with her so we opted to pay an extra fee for the air con. We were supposed to stay 5 nights in this hell hole but after seeing how bad it was we only stayed the one night. Oh MORE IMPORTANTLY at 3am until 8am there were non stop roosters making their annoying noises NON STOP. So don't even bother staying one night because you won't be able to sleep.

Bad experience

We used this place to store our luggages because it was more affordable than at the airport and nothing has disappeared. The staff was kind but we had a misunderstanding in communication I think.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this place, unless you don't wanna spend too much time in your room. There was no toilet paper, the sheets seemed dirty and the doors didn't even close properly. We were away for a few days (we only stored our luggages here) and when we came back somebody else was in our room. It turned out that they gave our room to someone else, while we still had our booking for the night. She apologized to us and said there is a big event and she had to host people but still, we paid for the room one more night and she just took us out. Thanks God she kept our luggages in a safe place, which we took and left. Not a very pleasant experience but you get what you pay for. It's a very low cost place, don't have high expectations.

The location , next to a mall with supermarket and 2 good and cheap restaurants next door.

We arrived with a reservation and the lady told us they didn't have room , after seeing we were staying for 1 week she said "ok I have 1 room" , magically a new room appeared. The room was nothing like the pictures , the bed didn't even have blankets , no toilet paper, no trash can in the bathroom, door to balcony didn't open... After telling her we were leaving she changed us to a "better" room but still nothing as expected , no daily room service as offered , uncomfortable bed , etc. Just AVOID

I would never choose that place again

Nothing I couldn’t even enter to the property.

we arrive at 8pm to the property after a flight and to our surprise the owner told us that finally there were no room for us, explaining that as the aircon didn’t work properly. Really bad experience as she could’ve advised us in advance and not at 8pm.

Close too everything, supermarket , warangs, beach lest than 500 meters shopping mall , airport loved the location.

Just needs a bit love and care maintenance done apart from that was a good stay apart from a little drama early on in my stay but was sorted out lovely host and staff
