    I stayed in a 4-bed dorm. The facilities were exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. The common areas are cozy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Perfect location for exploring Rotorua. Highly recommended for solo travelers!

    We had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. We booked three rooms, but when we arrived and completed the self check-in after office hours, we discovered that only two rooms had been allocated to us. When we contacted the person in charge, she said she was unable to check the booking system to determine why there was a discrepancy because it was after office hours. Unfortunately, no solution was offered, and we were left to deal with the issue ourselves. As a result, three of us had to squeeze into a room with only two single beds, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. We feel the accommodation handled the situation irresponsibly and failed to provide the service we had booked and paid for. We expected better communication, accountability, and support, especially when an error occurred on their side. Sadly, this experience significantly affected our stay, and we would not recommend this accommodation based on how the issue was handled. However, no deny that the location is good and cleanliness is acceptable. It’s would be perfect if we gotten our third room for our stay.
