Felt like cute mountain house in the alps. Very friendly helpful lady at the reception- clean safe with perfect location 1 min to train station and 2 min to center

Friendly reception, comfortable room with coffee making facilities, a microwave and a fridge.
Not the property’s fault as we should have checked when we booked but being closer to Interlaken West, we had to add 20 minute walk to Interlaken East in the morning as most trains leave from there. One to be aware about if your plan is to do day trips from Interlaken.

The view from the room was amazing and the location was central to everything. Chocolates were delicious.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was really nice to have access to a laundry room and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic.
The hallway smelled very strongly of smoke or smokers and the accommodation looked a little outdated. Wondering if new carpeting and a fresh coat of paint could fix the smoking smell in the common areas? Honestly, that was the only downside of staying here was the feeling like the place could really benefit from a nice update!
