good proximity to the central palace, reasonable proximity to public transport. also: nice people, friendly staff and breakfast included. yum yum. also, they let me keep my baggage in their baggage lockers until the end of the day, which was really handy, i would not have wanted to schlepp my heavy load through the City…

Disaster in Karlsruhe

Nothing

My room was designed for 4 persons although i booked the whole room But the problem was that i was sharing my bathroom with the other room with 4 beds. It was a disaster and wasnt clean at all. Also about the heating system, it wasnt actually working at all

Think that 37 euros for four beds room is a way too expensive , the t.v. has only one station ! When came to reception , was talled that there was'nt any reservation by u Booking , hope i did'nt pay twice

Decent and more comfortable if not crowded

The staff were nice and the place had good policies; just not very well executed. It was confusing that the clean linens were locked away and I accidentally got the pile that was dirty (it should be clearer which ones were used)

Not much charging sockets in the room; they were all in one corner.

Hårda kanter, kalla salar. Trevligt område.

Det var ganska lyhört men under lågsäsong och i sista rummet i korridoren så sov jag gott. Stor eloge till personal som målat skylten till frukost, Vilken underbar kreativitet!

Allting var utan utsmyckning och hade skarp, naken (brist på) inredning. Belysningen bestod genomgående av kalla lysrör. Det kändes som ett boende för militären. Detta kändes av inte minst i frukostsalen, där luften var kall, ljuset var kallt och även de kokta äggen var kalla. På väggen fanns målning av stela, hårda, och kalla, allvarliga män med långa ansikten. Omodernt vore ett snällt ordval.

Karlsruhe : Schlosspark und Innenstadt

Die Jugendherberge liegt ruhig in der Nähe vom Schlosspark und die Innenstadt/ Europaplatz ist in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar . Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.... insgesamt war die Atmosphäre im Haus sehr angenehm . Frühstück und die Mahlzeiten waren gut bis sehr gut . Das Haus ist schon älter und weist vielfache Gebrauchsspuren auf ...es wird von den Mitarbeitern aber gepflegt und dadurch ordentlich in Schuss gehalten .

Zweiter Aufenthalt hier

Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier kurz hintereinander , doch diesmal hatte ich ein anderes Zimmer ge- bucht , das sehr schlicht eingerichtet war . Bei Belegung mit zwei Personen , war die Unterbringung noch okay ...mehr Gäste auf dem Zimmer wäre wohl etwas zu eng gewesen . Mahlzeiten waren gut und das Personal war auch wieder sehr freundlich .

Das Zimmer war etwas zu schlicht möbliert....ein Schrank war zudem defekt .

Gute Lage zu günstigem Preis

Die Lage nahe am Schlosspark und der Innenstadt ist ideal und ruhig.

Die Jugendherberge ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine Sanierung würde nicht schaden. Die Zimmer sind aber ok und sauber.

Super Lage, freundliches Personal, Super Frühstück

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Dusche und WC gebucht, mussten aber beides mit den Nachbarn teilen, das war beim Buchen nicht klar.

A localização era excelente. o cafe da manha foi muito bom com livre acesso e bons itens.

o quarto poderia ter blackout, ajudaria mais na qualidade do sono.

Man kann nicht zu viel erwarten bei einer Jugendherberg, aber die Leiter am Bett ist wirklich gefährlich!

Frühstück war gut.

Die Leiter am Bett hatte zu kleine Stufen. Handtuch ausleihen kostet extra.
