Incredible value resort and location. Absolutely loved it with only downside being late night boat traversal which caused me to miss out a full night of our stay because we couldn't get private transfer which would have been more than the two nights we had booked just to get there.

Probate boat transfers cost and hours of operation for late night transfer. Much too expensive.

Stunning resort, amazing rooms. From speed boat to arrival at the resort everything was just perfect!

Our pool villa was fantastic, the view was out of this world and really made up for the poor quality food and poor service from staff.

Check in was completely unacceptable. We were arriving from Krabi and the hotel informed us we would need to use the public boat. We finally arranged (after lots of hassle) for the hotel to arrange a taxi to collect us from the pier around 30 mins away. After a comfortable journey we were dropped off at what can only be described as a security hut in the hotel car park. We were sat here for over 20 minutes in the heat with 3 other couples, and a security guard. No reception/ welcome staff. No refreshments. We were honestly blown away with how unbelievably awful this first impression of the hotel was. Eventually we were loaded into a wooden truck with the other couples and driven into the resort and taken to a packed check in room. It felt busy and chaotic. After being there for around 15 minutes, we then had to watch a power point presentation with the rest of the people checking in- it genuinely felt like we were on a school trip - not checking into a 5 star hotel. Thankfully, The room was fantastic but it needs work done, the decking had holes in and the fence had screws that had come away from the wood. Would be dangerous for children. Multiple staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. They have a WhatsApp account but do not reply to messages. The food quality is poor, and meals are very expensive. The hotel could be so fantastic, but lots of work needs to be done on the quality of the food, and the service levels provided by staff.
