Kirki Hydra

Wonderful little hotel, ideally located in the heart of Hydra's historic center. The spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds, and lovely terrace views made our stay pretty enjoyable. The hotel offers good amenities, air conditioning, and very kind and helpful staff. It is also conveniently close to everything. We will definitely come back.

Kirki is the one place in hydra that I keep going to. I’ve been staying there for years and I’ve never been disappointed. Cozy yet comfortable. It’s in the middle of everything but without all the noice. You want to eat? Go across and enjoy some traditional Greek food. You want a supermarket? It’s a few steps away. You need a pharmacy? 2-3 minutes away. The stuff is super friendly and always responsive. The port is a few steps away and you find yourself in the middle and you can enjoy the entire “center”. I recommend it with closed eyes as we Greeks say.

We could hear the neighborhoods shower right behind our heads... The room was on the smaller side and outdated. Hydra's accommodation is generally expensive but you would expect more for the price you pay.
