Quarto enorme, com janela grande e vista muito agradável. Banheiro e colchões muito bons. Funcionários extremamente atencioso e solícitos.
O único ponto é a dependência de shuttle para ir para a cidade e voltar para o hotel, pois ele fica em uma subida íngrime. Porém, o shuttle funciona bem e com pontualidade em horários determinados.

The building is lovely. The ryokan breakfast is quite extensive but perhaps difficult for some tourists.
It was quite far from the train station. The hotel arranges pickup from the station but not drop-off. It’s around a 35 minute walk, downhill at least. It still quite far. The town is charming but there are only a handful of restaurants. The trains do not run often and there are no taxis that come out to the village. The hotel was bizarrely expensive, though there was no onsen, we had no balcony, no particular amenities. It was not a good value for the high price.
